Serving size: 1 scoop (20g). 15 servings per pouch.

Hot broth: Add one scoop to a mug or cup. Pour over 200–250ml of hot (not boiling) water. Mix thoroughly using a frother until fully dissolved and smooth. Season with turmeric, himalayan pink salt, black pepper and spices to taste.

Smoothie: Add one scoop to a blender with your chosen liquid and ingredients. Blend thoroughly until fully dissolved. Do not shake — blending is essential for full dissolution.

Cooking: Stir into soups, stews, sauces or oats during preparation.

Best consumed post-workout for recovery, in the morning for gut health, or before bed to support overnight collagen synthesis.
