Built from the core.
We are FUNCTNL. We believe real performance and longevity start from the core. The gut is the epicentre, and everything else follows.
Function for purpose.
We create clean, science-backed supplements that power digestion, immunity, energy, performance and wellbeing.
Our philosophy is rooted in the fundamental drivers of longevity: how you fuel your body, move daily, recover deeply, manage stress and use all your functions to support your system.
Once you master the art of functional living, you can live with strength, balance and intention. With transparency and purpose at our core, we exist to help you take control of your health and #OWNYOURCORE.

Chronic back pain
Zainali, the founder, is back and forth to chiropractors and hospitals looking for a quick fix to what then seemed an impossible cycle to get out of.
- 2018
Met a systems-based sports injury specialist
On the first assessment, he identified the root cause of the pain as a leaky gut. He coached lifestyle habits and used supplementation to repair the gut lining. Protein shakes stopped that day.
- 6 months later
Stronger than ever
The chronic back pain finally healed, and the body started to make sense as a system: what worked and what didn't. In the gym 4 to 5 times a week, and stronger than ever.
